Insurance
Dr. Hill does not accept insurance. However, an itemized statement is provided should you wish to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company, as 50 to 80% of the cost may be covered, though this is not guaranteed and may depend upon a diagnosis. Some insurance companies require pre-authorization, so please verify with your insurance provider if this is a requirement and allow adequate time for forms to be completed prior to testing. Please note: Approval of nine or more units is required depending on the type of testing.
